Kimberley Bowen BSc, LLB, As a former paralegal at the Land Administration and Management Programme (LAMP), Kimberley was admitted to practice law in 2012. She received her Bachelor of Laws with Honours from the University of the West Indies, and earned her Legal Education Certificate from the Norman Manley Law School. She handles a wide array of matters in the areas of Probate and Estate Management, Conveyancing and Property Law, Matrimonial Proceedings and Civil Litigation with a focus on real property law.

Kimberley’s most recent assignments include conducting property title investigations, and other due diligence matters; reviewing and drafting applications under the Registration of Titles Act, including applications to register land and adverse possession applications; making applications to the Supreme Court for the rectification of Certificates of Title and advising clients on estate planning and management, including issues as it relates to taxation on the estate.
